TO START

  • Homemade Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Soup topped with garlic and mixed herb croutons served with a warm bread roll and salted butter
  • Homemade Smooth Duck & Caramalised Orange Pate with a fig and red onion jam served with rocket leaves and toasted brioche
  • Penclawdd Cockles and Lavabread in a creamy garlic sauce served with fried wholemeal bread and a roasted tomato with a Lemon Wedge
  • Oven Baked Portobello Mushroom stuffed with smoky streaky bacon, onions and Llanboidy melted cheddar with fresh leaves and balsamic dressing

INTERMEDIATE COURSE

  • Mulled Wine Sorbet served with Fresh Strawberry & Orange Segments

FOR MAINS

  • Traditional Pembrokeshire Turkey with Pigs in Blankets
  • Slow Roasted Silverside of Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
  • Cranberry & Brie Wellington in a delicious buttery Pastry and a Vegetable Gravy
  • Pan Fried Garlic Infused Sea Bass Fillet with a Creamy Prawn and Scallop sauce
  • Served with Homemade Apricot and mixed herb stuffing , Roast Parsnips, Roasted Potatoes and a Choice of Mashed or New Potatoes and Four Fresh Seasonal Vegetables with a Rich Homemade Gravy (Yorkshire Puddings optional)
